As educators we realize the importance of sharing information with the parents of our students. In taking the next step of this ongoing process, our Grade K-8 teachers will be opening their grade books to you via web access.
Digital Academy is our student information system. Each parent will receive a Welcome Letter from Digital Academy. From your account you will be able to access your students academic progress at any time. In addition to registration, contact information, tuition, cafeteria accounts, attendance, and grades, among other things. We will use this system to send out announcement and school closing notification through emails, announcements and text messages.
Each parent will have a Digital Academy login. On the dashboard, information about assignments, financial accounts, beginning of the year forms, etc. can be found. Parents will simply click the appropriate box and complete the forms. Tuition payment (set up according to family preferences) and cafeteria accounts will be processed via bank withdrawal (ACH), via credit card or sending in cash or checks.
Parents will receive weekly progress update from DA that contain grades, assignments, missing homework and other information
